This document serves as the resale rights license for the WP Simplicity.

Before selling this Wordpress plugin, or transferring rights to others, you

certify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms

set forth in this resale rights document.

Under the terms of this license, you now have the ability to sell WP

Simplicity, while keeping 100% of the profits as your own, on any sales

generated through your own efforts.

Under the terms of this license, you agree to distribute the WP Simplicity

only in cases in which a purchase of the software itself is made, when

included with another product that is being sold (for example, as a bonus),

or as part of a membership website in which a fee is charged for access.

Under the terms of this license, you agree to distribute only the file named

“WPSimplicity.zip”, without modification of any kind. You are not permitted

to add, edit, or remove any of the contents of the file for any reason.

Under the terms of this license, you can not claim yourself as the author,

creator, or the copyright holder of any part or the whole of this product.

You further agree that shall not imply or infer in any way that you are our

partner or employee on any sales material, advertising, or in any

correspondence with prospective or current customers.

We make no warranties or representations with regard to your ability to

sell this product. You further understand, and agree that we, and other

licensees, may at any time sell this product in direct competition with you.

You certify that you have independently evaluated your purchase of the

rights to the WP Simplicity and are not relying on any representation,

guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this license. You

understand that your results will necessarily vary. No guarantees of income

are implied, or guaranteed as a result of your purchase of this product,

and/or the rights to distribute this product.

In no event shall we be liable for special, incidental, consequential or

punitive damages, including, without limitation, any damages resulting

from loss of profits, loss of business or loss of goodwill arising out of or in

connection with this product whether or not we have been advised of the

possibility of such damages.
